When will my order ship?
Fitbit orders ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed before 12PM NZST ship the same day. Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email that includes a tracking number for your shipment. Any items on back-order will ship as soon as they become available.
Which courier company will deliver my Fitbit product?
Courier Post, a division of NZ Post, are responsible for delivery of Fitbit products in New Zealand.
What tracker size is right for me?
To determine the right fit for your wrist, please use our sizing tools for Fitbit Inspire ,Fitbit Inspire HR ,Fitbit Ace 2 ,Fitbit Versa 2 ,Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Inspire 2, Fitbit Versa 3 and Fitbit Sense. Please note that all Fitbit devices have interchangeable bands and when you purchase a Fitbit Inspire, Fitbit Inspire HR, Fitbit Versa 2, Fitbit Charge 4, Fitbit Inspire 2, Fitbit Versa 3 and Fitbit Sense, it comes with both large and small size bands.
What is Fitbit’s return and warranty policy?
The Fitbit.com Online Store has a 45-day return policy, which means that any product you purchase from Fitbit can be returned for any reason in exchange for a full refund within 45 days of your shipment date. What payment methods can I use?
Fitbit accepts payment via Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
How is sales tax determined?
Fitbit charges the appropriate tax in locations where we have legal obligations to do so, as determined by the shipping address. Tax will also be applied to shipping and handling charges if required. For shipments to New Zealand, Fitbit currently collects GST as applicable at the current rate as set by the New Zealand Government.
